Annual event Grounded in Freedom, a partnership between Union Cultural Center and Ayeko Farm, celebrating the connection between land and cultural arts for 3-days filled with land stewardship, dancing, connecting, and good food!
This year, our theme is "Vamos Aquilombar" which roughly translates to "let's get liberated" - in honor of the quilombos/maroon societies that escaped enslavement and created free communities, largely due to their ability to grow their own food and freely practice their cultural traditions.
