Tacoma 4 All and Common Good Tacoma will be hosting a forum on housing justice with the four mayoral candidates next Saturday, July 19 at noon with lunch provided at 11am.

We who struggle with housing security ourselves, who work alongside unhoused people on a daily basis, need to create accountability among these who would become elected officials in the City of Tacoma. And we need your help next week to create new pathways for a future with housing as a human right.

Agenda for July 19th's event:
9:30am setup in the parking lot (6 volunteers needed)
11am Hot dogs (vegan and beef) and drinks are served while folks mingle and connect over housing justice issues (6 volunteers needed)
12pm The forum begins indoors
1:30-2pm Begin clean up (6 volunteers needed)

Another way you can help aside from donating physical labor on the day of, is to please donate the following: 
- Vegan dogs
- Beef hot dogs
- Buns (some Gluten-free would be great!)
- Canned drinks
- Napkins
- Money for the event and supplies

These items can all be dropped off during Office hours, Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm, July 14-17, or can be coordinated through Rev. shalom at her email.
